Terms and Conditions – Summer Intensive Ballet Academy

1. Application Process

1.1. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.2. The maximum number of participants per class is 20.
1.3. Applicants must be at least 8 years old for Junior Academy and 18 years for Senior Academy with a pre-professional level at the start of the program.
1.4. A complete application must include a filled-out registration form, proof of payment, and any required supporting documents.
1.5. The Ballet Academy reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on eligibility and available space.

2. Payment Policy

2.1. Full payment is required to secure a place in the program.
2.2. Payments must be made via the specified payment methods outlined in the application form.
2.3. Upon receiving both the application and payment, a confirmation email will be sent within one week.
2.4. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
3.2. If a cancellation is made:

More than 30 days before the start of the program: 70% refund.

Between 15-30 days before the start of the program: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before the start of the program: No refund.
3.3. In case of injury or illness, a partial refund may be considered upon submission of a valid medical certificate.
3.4. The Ballet Academy reserves the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be issued.

4. Participation and Code of Conduct

4.1. Participants must attend all scheduled classes and activities unless excused for medical or personal reasons.
4.2. Proper ballet attire and professional behavior are required at all times.
4.3. The Ballet Academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant due to inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. The Ballet Academy is not responsible for any injuries, lost belongings, or personal accidents during the program.
5.2. Participants are encouraged to obtain personal health and travel insurance.
5.3. By enrolling, participants acknowledge the physical demands of ballet training and accept the risks involved.

6. Media Consent

6.1. By applying, participants grant the Ballet Academy permission to use photos and videos taken during the program for promotional purposes.
6.2. If a participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they must notify the academy in writing before the start of the program.

7. Agreement

7.1. Submission of the application form and payment signifies the applicant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7.2. The Ballet Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
